Pick estimate or invoice, fill in your business and client, add your line items, and set a tax rate if you charge one. The document on this page updates as you type. When it looks right, hit Print / Save as PDF and choose "Save as PDF" as the printer.

What to put on a contractor estimate
- Your business name, contact, and license number where required
- A clear scope, one line per item, with quantity and unit price
- Sales tax if your state or trade requires it
- Payment terms: deposit, milestones, and what is due on completion
