COI Expiration Tracker

Add your subs and vendors with their certificate of insurance expiration dates. See who is about to lapse, color coded at 30, 14, and 7 days. Everything saves in your browser.

Tracked certificates

Heads up: this list lives only in this browser, on this device. Clear your browser data and it is gone. It is a personal reminder board, not a shared system of record. If a whole crew needs to see COI status, you want something that syncs.

Never let a sub work uninsured

Krewbase is built by the crew behind Workhand. Track every sub's COI in one place, get automatic 30, 14, and 7 day expiration alerts, and keep the whole office and field on the same page.

Why track certificates of insurance

A certificate of insurance (COI) proves a sub or vendor carries the coverage your job and your own policy require. When a sub's COI lapses and they get hurt on your site, the claim can roll uphill to you. Tracking expirations is how you stay ahead of that.
